Registration fees

General fee (non-members of CAS, SAS, CSHC or SHS): 2000 CZK
Members of Czech or Slovak Anatomical Society or Czech Society for Histo- and Cytochemistry: 1700 CZK
Ph.D students: 1000 CZK
Undergraduate students and retired (non-working) participants: FREE (limited; access to scientific session guaranteed);
On-Site registration: 2500 CZK

Registration fees do not include

Social evening, September 9, 2024, Panský dvůr Telč – 800 CZK, paid separately on-site in cash
Monday and Tuesday lunches – 190 CZK/day

Registration cancellation

Notification of cancellations must be e-mailed to the organizer

Before June 30: 50% refund
After June 30: no refunds will be made after this date

Abstract Submission

Deadline for Abstract Submission: June 30

Abstract Format

Abstracts are submitted via the online form in English. Each abstract should contain a title, authors and institution, background, methods, results, conclusion and funding resources. When stating the authors, please put first your surname and then initials for the first name. If the presenting author is not stated as the first one, please underline the name of the presenting author. Keep the abstract text within 300 words. Items marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
